1. Shut down the iBook and remove the battery.
2. Remove the existing keyboard. Although this can be done in about 20 seconds we recommend that you follow the procedures provided by Apple for the dual-USB/late-2001 and G4-iBook models. (Though separate documents are provided, the procedure is basically the same for all white iBook models). Reading the procedure and removing the keyboard should not take more than 5 minutes.
3. Without plugging anything back into the computer's old keyboard-ribbon connector, re-install the RAM-shield and airport card as instructed by Apple. 4. Install the MacNTouch Keyboard. This should only take a couple minutes.
