Arrows - Touch & slide any finger to move text cursor. Also use to scroll thru command history at cmd prompt!
Text Select - Touch & slide three fingers. Often much faster than dragging w/ mouse pointer!
Home - Touch four fingertips & slide left. Combining with Shift chord selects to beginning of line.
End - Touch four fingertips & slide right. Combining with Shift chord selects to end of line.
PgUp/PgDn - Touch four fingertips & slide up/down.

Performing these same gestures with the fingers spread adds the Ctrl modifier, so you can navigate or select in larger increments:

Ctrl-Arrows - Touch & slide spread index & pinky to jump by words (horizontal) or paragraphs (vertical).
Word Select - Touch & slide three spread fingers left/right to select a word at a time instead of a letter at a time.
Ctrl Home - Touching four spread fingertips & sliding left jumps to beginning of document.
Ctrl End - Touching four spread fingertips & slide right jumps to end of document.
Ctrl PgUp/PgDn - Touch four spread fingertips & slide up/down moves cursor to the top/bottom of the current page.
